We offer a “Pass to Progress” refund policy: complete the first lesson and request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment if the course isn’t right for you. Refunds requested after this period cannot be processed, in compliance with New York General Business Law § 350.

Reminder on Course Refund Policy

Refunds can only be requested within 7 days of enrollment. If your 12-month access has expired or the course was never started, you will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, refunds are not offered for test preparation courses, such as the New York Real Estate Exam Prep.
