Introduction

This report analyzes the activity of real estate agents who had their license associated with a New York City-based firm between Apr 1st, 2023, and Apr 30st, 2023.

Each real estate licensee and each brokerage firm are considered independent entities as recorded by the Department of State (DOS). For example, “Douglas Elliman Real Estate” and “Douglas Elliman Referral” are considered separate brokerage firms for the purpose of this report.

This report highlights the top-performing real estate firms based on Corofy’s key performance indicators, which include a firm’s growth, hiring, turnover, and retention. Only residential firms are considered.

Top 10 NYC Growth by Percentage

Casa blanca is the fastest-growing residential firm by percentage in New York City in April, with an agent growth of 11.76%.

The following position goes to Compass NY Referral, which grew its headcount by 7.95%.

Keller Williams Realty Empire ranked 3rd, with a 7.78% growth.
