Week 1 – Get Organized

Your first week as an agent is the perfect time to make a stellar first impression at your new brokerage. We recommend being prepared for the occasion and dressing well so your broker knows you’re ready for business.

Typically, when you first join a brokerage, they will get you set up with their systems and help you get organized. This includes being added to their email system, ordering your business cards, and uploading your headshot and agent bio to their website.

At Corofy Academy, we match our students with brokerages that will also use an agent’s first week to get started on training and mentoring them.
